The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released a notification inviting applications for the positions of Geologist, Geophysicist, and Chemist in the Geological Survey of India. Additionally, applications are also being accepted for the position of Scientist B in the Central Ground Water Board. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply for the 2024 examination before the 10th of this month.

The examination process will consist of two stages – the Preliminary examination and the Main examination.
