Drive Kerala is committed to accuracy. When we get something wrong, we fix it openly. This Corrections Policy explains how.
1. Reporting an Error
Email mail@drivekerala.com or use our Contact Us page with:
- the article URL;
- the text you believe is incorrect;
- the correct information and a reliable source, if available.
2. Review Timeline
We aim to acknowledge valid reports within 48 hours and resolve them within 3–5 working days. Each report is checked against official and reliable sources.
3. How We Correct
- Minor fixes (typos, formatting, broken links) are made without a note.
- Factual corrections (wrong fee, date, step, feature or claim) are fixed and a correction note is added explaining what changed and when.
- Updates after rules or apps change are made and the updated date is refreshed.
- Retractions: if an article is fundamentally wrong, it may be rewritten or removed with an explanation.
4. Transparency
We never silently change the meaning of a published article. Significant corrections are always disclosed.
